Questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. You won't be charged today, and you can cancel any time in the 14 days. If you don't, your subscription starts when the trial ends and renews automatically. Each email address gets one trial.
Does Claude send messages for me?
No. Claude writes a draft, and you copy it, change it and send it yourself from wherever you normally talk to that person.
What happens if I run out of Claude messages?
Claude features pause until your allowance renews. Everything else keeps working, including your people, map, birthdays and follow-ups. Allowances are based on what each request costs, so long conversations use more of it, and there's also a daily limit.
Do I have to type everyone in?
No. You can import contacts from Apple, Google or Outlook, your LinkedIn connections, or a spreadsheet. Quick capture also adds new people from your notes.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, in your phone's browser. Add it to your home screen to open it like an app. On iPhone, you need to do that before you can get notifications.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can still download or delete your data afterward.
