Using the service
Network Atlas is a personal tool for keeping in touch with people you know. You're responsible for what you enter. Only store information you have a legitimate reason to keep, and don't use the service to harass, stalk or monitor anyone.
Subscriptions and billing
Network Atlas costs $12 a month or $96 a year, plus any applicable taxes. New accounts get a 14-day free trial, once per email address, and a payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged and your subscription renews automatically each period at the then-current price until you cancel.
Payments are handled by Stripe's Managed Payments service. Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's consumer service, which acts as the merchant of record, collects any sales tax, VAT or GST, and sends your receipts. Charges appear on your statement beginning with LINK.COM. Link's payment terms, shown at checkout, also apply.
You can cancel any time from Settings or your Link account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments aren't refunded for partly used periods, except where the law requires or where Link support grants a refund. If you need a refund, contact Link support. If a payment fails, Claude features pause and the subscription may end if it isn't paid. After it ends, you can still download or delete your data. Deleting your account cancels your subscription.
Claude features
Drafts and suggestions come from an AI model and can be wrong. Read messages before you send them. Each subscription period includes an allowance of Claude usage, measured by what your requests cost to run, so longer conversations and larger networks use it faster. The allowance doesn't roll over. When it runs out, Claude features pause until the next period, and everything else keeps working. Allowances may change, and we'll tell you first.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability, and reminders may occasionally be late or missed. Keep your own copy of anything important.
