Privacy
Network Atlas holds notes about people in your life, including people who have never signed up. This page explains what happens to them.
What we store
- Your email address, name, timezone and reminder settings.
- What you enter about people: names, cities, birthdays, labels, contact details, notes, memories, touchpoints and follow-ups.
- Your coach conversations, and the tokens and cost of each Claude request, so usage allowances can be enforced.
- Your subscription status and Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your full card number.
- If you start a free trial, a one-way hash of your email address, kept after account deletion so each address gets one trial. It can't be turned back into your address.
Locations are only the ones you type. Network Atlas never tracks anyone's real location.
Who can see it
Your data is private to your account; database rules stop other users from reading it. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.
Services that handle your data
- Supabase stores your account and data, encrypted at rest.
- Vercel hosts the app.
- Stripe and Link handle payments and act as the merchant of record for your purchase. They receive your email address, name, billing address and payment details, calculate tax, and provide payment support. You can ask them to delete this data through Link, which also cancels your subscription. They keep the payment records the law requires, including after you delete your account here.
- Anthropic processes what's needed to answer when you use a Claude feature. For example, the coach sends your network summary. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API data isn't used to train its models by default.
- Photon or MapTiler receive a city name when you look one up, and map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap or MapTiler. These never receive names of people.
- Resend sends reminder emails if you turn them on, and your browser's push service delivers notifications if you turn those on. Both include names of people with reminders that day.
Your choices
In Settings you can download everything as JSON or CSV, turn reminders off, and permanently delete your account and all its data, which also cancels your subscription. If someone asks you to remove details about them, delete them from your network.
